We may collect certain technical information, which is regarding your device configuration and identifiers, including the type, name and version of operating system, identifier for advertising(“IDFA”), international mobile subscriber identification number(“IMSI”), status of the WLAN, ID automatically generated by the Software for your device.
If you play in a competition that requires an entry paid in U.S. Dollars (“Cash Competition”), then you are a“Cash Player”. We may collect certain information about the payment records of the fees you paid to participate in the Cash Competition. such as payment time, payment amount. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies providing payment services(such as PayPal), but for the purpose of identifying malicious users and refusal to pay fraud, the third-party companies will share the following information with us: the first 6 and last 4 digits, and the MD5 encryption value of your credit card number, the year and month of your credit card’s expiration date. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.

The Software does not permit Cash Competitions to be offered to users in any country or state where such Competition are prohibited according to their applicable laws and regulations. Therefore, when you choose to participate in the Cash Competitions, we may use GPS to collect your rough location from your device to confirm you are located where Cash Competitions are permitted.If you would like to opt out of having this information collected, you can disable location access to the Software, but then you may not participate in Cash Competitions.
To be able to use the Software for more services, you may voluntarily to create an account. When you register the account(“Account”),you will be asked for a legitimate email address that you control and to create a password. After registration, you will be given the opportunity to create a username and your avatars. Please keep your username and password secret because you are responsible for all activity in your Account.
When you choose to log in the App through the third-party account, we will collect your username, avatar, and other information of your third-party account.
To ensure that you may use pictures in your album to set your avatars, or save photos or cache information normally to your device, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the storage of your device.
If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information you voluntarily submitted to us in connection with such support.
If you participate in a Cash Competition, you will establish an account for entry fees for Cash Competitions. When you withdraw funds from your Account, you may be required to submit your email address and your PayPal or credit card account to us. Failure to provide such information at that time may result in inability to process your withdrawal for any funds.

2.We will not rent or sell your personal information to the third- party, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations, we may share your information with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or providing service to the Software. The Software may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the Software from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our Software, including the information or content contained within them.
3.We may disclose your personal information if it needed for objective reasons, due to public interest or in other unforeseen circumstances:
1.We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
2.Where you located in the EEA, as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the Service. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.
